Techliner Computer Services offers answers to frequently
asked questions about services offered, new computers for
sale, website design and hosting, and pricing. If you
have any questions not answered below, please contact us
for more information.
Do you always repair on site, or can I bring a
computer to your repair facility to be fixed?
We offer both on-site repair and a carry-in service.
Do I need an appointment to visit Techliner?
Appointments are not required during our walk-in
hours, though we recommend that you call ahead to
ensure the fastest service.
For drop offs outside
of walk-in hours we ask that you contact us to
schedule an appointment.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m.
Can I have my computer problem explained to me
and estimated before I commit to fixing it?
Yes, diagnosis is only $30 (carry-in) or $60 (on-site).
Before starting any repairs we will explain the cause of
the problem and estimate what it will cost to repair your machine.
In some cases, if the computer is outdated and not a good
candidate for repair or upgrading, we will explain why
and what your options are.
Why do you call your company Techliner and have a jet plane
as your logo?
To show that if we team with your company, we will move
forward quickly and get you to your technological destination safely.
